Wayne's Pre-owned Customers
When buying a Pre-owned car, I always suggest getting an extended warranty. There's nothing worse than paying for a car that breaks down without a warranty. When signing papers with our finance manager, be sure to let them know you want my discount. I enjoy selling pre-owned cars, but at times they come without a manual, floor mats or an extra key. I do my best to help customers when this happens, many times I'm able to locate the digital version of the owners manual and I'm able to email it to them. I've had customers send me their spare keys in the mail before too.
Our pre-owned cars all go thru a safety check before we put them on our lot. If they don't pass our safety check, they get repaired or they don't make it on the lot.
